favorite 10 abandoned spots in 2015

Finally, the last of my 2015 recaps! The year before last I shared my 10 favorite abandoned spots of the year and couldn’t resist choosing my favorites from 2015. I didn’t get out as much last year as I did the previous year but regardless I still had some really amazing adventures. Factories, multiple trailer parks, a greenhouse, and even a stretch of highway that hasn’t been driven on in years. My favorite had to be the massive abandoned hospital though. I’ve honestly had multiple dreams about that place since. I’m chomping at the bit to go back!

Here’s to another year of great adventures!

I think this year was by far your best. A PARTY SUPPLY COMPANY? ack! SO amazing. The hospital and factory were my faves. These are my favorite of all your posts. I'm too chicken to go into abandoned buildings!

These are such awesome photos. I love that 5th (I think) photo of the building with all the graffiti on the outside. So neat!

It's mindblowing to me how you can make abandoned spots that I would've never given a second glance look so captivating! I love all the pics, but my favorite is the rubber duck factory because lol it's a rubber duck factory!

Your photographs really highlight the beauty and richness of these places. I'm catching up on some of my favorite blogs and I love the story of the hospital-the nerviness of sneaking into a place and meeting that woman who photographed falcons. Just awesome.

You do make a brilliant use of the light in your abandoned places shots, they are all amazing but I have soft spot for the greenhouse (Miss Havisham's Satis House comes to my mind when I see it) and the factory pics <3

When I was going back to Russia from Madrid, I met a photographer in Istanbul and he was telling me he had just been to Salton Sea in California because he lived near there. I was like, "A blogger I follow went there, and her pictures looked so cool!"
