Friday Favorites #250

My good pal Brendan, over at Explorer's Press, just released this awesome enamel lapel pin. I'm a huge fan of his work.

This vintage horse sweater is the best.
Modcloth is still blowing my mind with their adorable undies. This set is killing me.

This would look really nice in my cupboard next to my "Leave me alone, I'm having a crisis" mug.

I'm obsessed with this shelf. Since I've been decluttering so much I don't think I would even have enough stuff to fill it up anymore but I can already tell you where I'd hang it.

I really dig these rings, mostly because they remind me of one of my favorite kinds of fungus - Nidulariaceae, more commonly known as bird's nest fungi.

Since moving to the city Klaus and I have begun taking daily walks (previously we had a backyard he was able to just run around in) I actually love it. It gives me an excuse to get out of the apartment and explore my surroundings. Luckily it hasn't been too cold or wet but with spring coming I know rain will become something I'm going to have to worry about. I'm mildly obsessed with this see through rain coat. I just picture myself dressed wildly colorful underneath it wandering around the city.

I am so curious what Camp Fire lip balm smells like. I bet it's wonderful! One of my favorite things ever is waking up after sitting by a fire the evening before and realizing my hair smells like smoke. Camp fire is definitely a comforting smell to me.

Hope you have a most excellent Friday!

  3. I have a antique letter holder exactly like that one! It was a gift from my parents and I love that thing so much. Once when I was a kid I dropped it and it broke into a ton of pieces and I was really upset. My dad spent the better part of a night gluing all the tiny pieces of it back together for me. Gah, I'm getting emotional remembering. Anyways, it's darn cute ;)
