Puppies, Mausoleums, and Roadside Dinos // land camera photos

My land camera has been getting a lot more attention lately. It has officially become my favorite camera. (I'm sorry split cam.) It's just such a great camera. It's only downfall is how big and clunky it is. Lugging it around in my bag results in a sore back but dare I say, it's worth it. I just wanted to share some recent land camera photos today. Pictures of Klaus, some mausoleums, and silly roadside critters that I whipped my car around to take pictures of...
I was just looking back through all the land camera blog posts I have and realized I've owned this camera for two years now. I bought it back in September of 2011. It took me a year and half to get super comfortable with it but now it's rare that it disappoints.

You can find land camera film here: black and white or color. If you're interested in buying a land camera check out your local thrift store, but if you're in a hurry there are always some floating around on ebay. I bought mine from Film Photography Project on ebay two years ago or so when they were having a sale. They do currently have a few in their webstore. They're slightly pricey compared to what you'd find at a thrift store or estate sale but they have been tested and come with batteries. Plus they have really great service that I can attest to! When I first got the camera I had no idea what to do with but it actually came with an instructional DVD and that's pretty stinken awesome if you ask me.

  4. These pictures are gorgeous. They have such a lovely -feel- about them, like tiny little treasures ^_^

  5. Picture pictures Kaylee. I really admire how much you experiment with your photography, it always makes me feel like I ought to work up the guts to try something other than my DSLR once in a while. Was that a sculpture museum you were at? I went somewhere that looks very similar when I was a kid in Wales!

  6. Wow, those pictures are just gorgeous! Klaus is so adorable. :)

  7. Great shots! - number 2 and number 5 are my favorite. Speaking of favorites, my land cameras are also my favorite cameras! I know you have a La Sardina - have you tried the Fritz the Blitz flash with your land camera yet?

  8. These photos are just beautiful. I love Klaus' little puppy face.

  10. Your cemetery photos make me want to go to the cemeteries around here and take photos. There's a really big one not too far from here. Pretty spooky at night too.
