Last weekend my mom, my grandpa and I went down to West Virginia to visit some of his old haunts. It was an excellent trip!  I have tons of photos to share over the next week or so but this post is more about the ride there and back. I was co-pilot most of the trip and let me tell you, the drive from Ohio to West Virginia this time of the year is b-e-a-utiful! I took a handful of photos of the road in front of us at different times during the trip.
I rarely shoot series of photos like this, a handful of photos with a certain aspect that ties them together but I'd like to more often after taking these.

  16. Woah this is an awesome series! You should definitely do this more often aha <3 My fave from the bunch is probably the first one but the last one is really pushing it too. I just love how fog / mist can affect a photo positively.

  17. wow, these are so beautiful!! i especially love the first one and the last two. something about that fog is so enchanting and a little eerie. i think part of what makes these a little spooky is the fact that there are no cars in any of the photos.
