details
sweater - c/o Sourpuss Clothing
shirt - TJ Maxx
skirt - thrifted
belt - vintage
brooch - vintage
ring - c/o Rings and Tings
shoes - c/o Romwe (last year, most likely not still available)

It's kind of boring to talk about the weather in an outfit post but it's been so unpredictable around here lately. Just when I'm starting to get use to summer weather, and dressing for high temperatures. Ohio throws a curve ball and I'm out here wearing a cardigan and warm skirt. Of course, I probably could have gotten away with wearing less but from time to time I kind of miss wearing sweaters and long skirts. I don't want to wear them all the time though, just like I don't like wearing sleeveless dresses and sandals all the time. My perfect climate would be one where every few weeks it would switch back and forth between warm weather and cool weather. That would be amazing.

Hope you're having a swell Tuesday!
xoxo

    1. Well You are such a great color inspiration for me. Although I have not broken the umbilical cord with white and grey, I am using more and more color...

  8. I love your sailor sweater. I grew up in PA on the OH border and I'm very familiar with crappy summer weather.

  9. LOVE that sweater! I agree that it can be nice bundling up in the summer on a cooler day. I wore tights on a cooler day last week and really enjoyed having enough of a chill last night to cuddle up in the blankets with my cats!

  14. wow Kaylah, I think you're become prettier and prettier at each post, I absolutely love that portrait of you, you look gorgeous! :)
Your outfit is lovely, I am swooning about that sailor sweater, right now I wish I had one in my closet to wear! :)
One thing I really wanted to say about this post is how much I love your back neck tattoo! I love butterflies and moths so I have to say that tattoo is simply perfect (my favourite so far from the ones I spotted on you!). There's still a lot of prejudice going on against people who have tattoos (at least here in Portugal, where people are still a bit old fashion and narrow minded) so I think you're very brave of having your tattoos and not caring about what other people think! You're such an inspiration, keep that way, adorable lady! :)
