Supplies used...
Sally Hansen Butterscotch
Sally Hansen Grass Slipper
Sally Hansen The Sky's the Limit
Sally Hansen Purple Posy
Sally Hansen Shrimply Devine
Cosmetic Sponges (+ a paper plate)
Seche Vite as a top coat

I was recently looking back through the nail tag and found the post from when I discovered how to do gradient nails. I only did them a few times then quickly forgot about them. But after seeing old pictures I had to give them a spin again. Except committing to two colors felt too plain. Typical Kaylah solution - grab five colors instead.

These turned out even prettier than I had hoped, which is saying a lot! Without a doubt this is one my favorite manicures EVER. Oh my goodness, I'm obsessed. This is one of the times where I actually wish they'd last more than a few days. I want to rock these babies for weeks!! I think these will be something I'll be trying lots of versions of in lots of other colors in the near future.
Hope you have a fabulous Sunday!
xoxo

  16. So you are just putting the polish on the sponges and then applicate on the nails?

    1. No, I put the polish on a paper plate, dab it up with the sponge then apply it to my nail.

  26. Okay, I don't paint my nails that often cause I'm usually up to my elbows in crafts that usually ruin painted nails quickly...Anyhoo, I really want to try this but what do you use to keep the rest of your fingers clean? Tips, suggestions?

    1. I just let them get messy then clean off the excess polish in the shower.
