what I wore: Layered - The Dainty Squid

what I wore: Layered

Monday, December 12, 2011

the details:
glasses - c/o Tumbleweeds
pins - c/o Sugar Cookie
coat - Forever 21 scarf - thrifted
dress - thrifted belt - thrifted
tights - ebay socks - khols

I am head over heels in love with this outfit. The colors all go together so perfectly (...except my hair, but oh well!) I think I'm finally learning how to style a coat with an outfit as opposed to having a winter coat just ruin or cover up a cute outfit and I couldn't be happier about it! I'm actually starting to have quite the little collection of awesome winter coats thanks to the thrift store too. (I thrifted three of them last week for around $5 a coat!) I can't wait to wear them all!

Well, I've gotta run now! But I'll be back later with a giveaway. Hope you have a fabulous Monday!
xoxo

  18. I really love this outfit. I enjoy combining colours and use them several times. It's something I can only do during winter though. Wearing this many layers and combined colours during summer isn't very smart.

  37. Hooray for your buttons! Missy lives in Athens (my home) and is one of my favorite craft fair regulars. Missy used to consign buttons and other fun items at the vintage boutique/handmade collective brick-and-mortar shop I used to co-own!
